“Elisabetta is truly an exceptionally talented photographer, and beyond that, one of the kindest people we have ever met. THE LENS
As photographers we are told we should choose our camp, that we are to decide whether we walk the path of boundless inspiration, wedding photography, fashion, you name it. I always felt that there is something special in making images for people in love and at the same time use language, conceptualism, form. I felt the same for making fashion, it can be enlightened, emotive and resourceful. I'm inspired not having to choose between being impactful or fashion-influenced as my images could contain all contradictions and still be very direct, less about me and more about the people in them. I have always been enchanted by humanity, because all that we experience radiates a sense of promise. Emotions are intrepid, love is palliative, and it is always so great when you get to live an adventure to experience the big picture in all its nuances. From a curatorial perspective I wish my clients to have it all and I like this idea that their relationships can last past a vogue.

No matter where my work sends me I take pleasure in discovering little secrets, indulging in iconic hotels, destination exemplary architecture, intoxicating lifestyles, native cuisine and design supremos that always find a way into the images I craft for my clients. My wanderlist is laden with springtime pleasuredomes and summer-escape pins on the map, simply following the trajectory of a dreamer, someone who seeks and always finds.
LAKE COMO ROYAL
If there is one destination to unite New & Old Hollywood, European aristocracy, the most glamorous events and parties and a swathe of the noblest villas dating back to the Rennaisance & beyond, that is definitely one of my favourite wedding destinations, Lake Como. A new level of opulence marks the begining of each season on the Lake with the immaculate green of the lawns corseting the lavish domed pavilions and the most sumptuous wedding decor to be witnessed. If you're a luxury villa kind of bride and groom then you'll be landing inside your own Fellini movie in Como.
UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN
Castiglion del Bosco may be one of Tuscany's most renowned venues thanks to its ownership, the Salvatore Ferragamo family (and yes, it is one of my personal favorites too). But when under the Tuscan sun it is the gently rolling hills dipped in soft morning mist and sculptural cypress alleys bodicing terraced vineyards and honeyed fields that steal the show. Antica fattorias, delightfully lavish villas and age-old castellos are the perfect excuse to give up online researching, and embark on a roadtrip to explore Tuscany's best locations to say I do.
VENICE GLORIA MUNDI
Each time I get to visit the floating city, dubbed La Serenissima for its magnetic lagoon aesthetics, the mysteries yet to discover seem to amplify. Venice's very essence has been documented in all its forms, its elusive old-world charm a testament to timeless romance, and its tenacity to traditions an excuse to venture further. My top wedding venues in Venice? The Gritti Palace replete with precious textiles, antiques and artworks, encapsulates the spirit of the city earning the sobriquet the grande dame, while the Riva degli Schiavoni heritage of Hotel Danieli comprised of three palazzos merged, retraces Venice's gloria mundi to modern times.
THE APULIAN TRANSFER
If Italy's South is the question then the sun-baked Puglia has to be the answer. The heel of the country's boot is a perfect swathe of golden, dusty landscapes, dotted with olive groves, vineyards and sweepingly beautiful masserias and villas bordered by a sea of a thousand blues. Untouched by contemporary accoutrements old town squares and passageways where classic Italian decadence pervades blend with sublimely styled cobbled path restaurants and extravagant churches sure to make wedding vows a dream.
GOADARDIAN CAPRI
Extolled as the Italian answer to France's St. Tropez for the romance, intrigue, and historic glamour it evokes Capri is redolent with ancient charm. Villa Gesomino filled to the brim with colorful Venetian tiles and the Memphis-style Murano glass vases that line the windowsills is a common secret among the jet-setters. The Michelin-starred Il Riccio, with its iconic blue dessert-room, and La Fontelina where Dolce & Gabbana hosted their “Alta Moda” in 2016 are a small hint of the rampart funloving vibes to expect at this fanciful corner of Italy. And if you want your wedding to come with a bit of Talented Mr. Ripley charm, Ischia is just around the corner.
LA DOLCE VITA AT THE AMALFI COAST
Ravello, Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, the very ring of Amalfi Coast's most renowned wedding destinations pack the most colorful Mediterranean punch. The sun-drenched coast that is the crown of the Italian dream is all about a heady appetizer of pastel-hued villas, tile perfection, iconic vistas and even more exemplary Strada Statale 163 open-car rides. With Villa Cimbrone, Le Sirenuse, Belmond Hotel Caruso, and Villa Astor's dreams lingering in the oleander scented air aesthet weddings find their perfect nook at the Amalfi Coast, oh, and their foolproof dish: spaghetti alle vongole!
